JST developed FFKM KALFLUO® sealing products to meet the increasingly demanding sealing needs of equipment manufacturers and users in semiconductor, petrochemical, instrumentation, energy, biopharmaceutical, food and medical industries. FFKM compound can be made into O-ring, diaphragm, gasket, rubber strip, rubber plate and customized products through high-precision mold production.

JST controls FFKM products according to the strictest quality system in the industry. All products are produced in the Class 10,000 Clean Room, and the packaging process is carried out in a dust-free environment ensuring that each product can pass the most stringent inspection.

Industrial Grade FFKM

FFKM has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance characteristics, which makes FFKM widely used in various harsh working conditions for chemical applications.

Semiconductor Grade FFKM

JST semiconductor-grade FFKM compounds are with high purity (low amount of extractables) and very good oxygen and CF4 plasma resistance, which have the third-party testing reports.

The excellent FFKM has high resistance to plasma, heat and corrosive chemicals.
