Oil & Gas Outer BOP Seal

JST's Inner and Outer BOP Seals could be made according to customer requirements. These seals are used in various type of Blow Out Preventors (BOP's).

The water pump seal D1 is composed of one or couple of fabric reinforced Chevron V rings (DM), back up ring (DD) and header ring (DS) for plunger sealing.

T-seals are three piece seals with an elastomeric lip and hard plastic anti-extrusion rings, it is proved to be of long time service. The standard design will fit into an o-ring gland and can be machined or net moulded.

JST manufactures well service plunger pump packings in a wide variety of materials to suit specific well conditions and operating parameters, they are available in a wide range of elastomeric materials and high performance resins, including NBR, HNBR, FKM, filled PTFE, fabric reinforced rubber.  to suit specific well conditions, operating parameters, and fracturing fluids.

SPGO is a low friction piston seal consisting of PTFE+Bronze seal ring and rubber o-ring used for two-way piston seal of Hydraulic cylinder, to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

The ball valve seat is responsible for sealing the fluid inside and uniformly distributing the seating stress. A leak of ball valve in petrochemical application could be environmentally devastating.

BT Seal is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing. It is constructed from an elastomer with anti-extrusion spring bonded within it. Springs are available in stainless steel, elastomer could be HNBR or NBR.

Piston seals are work to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.
