FS-seals

The FS-seal is a relatively large cross section spring energized elastomer casing and tubing hanger seal for wellheads that always has the springs on the internal surface. 

FS-seals are used against rough surface finish and wider dimensional and geometrical tolerances of casing and tubing. 

Sealing materials utilized for wellheads need to withstand pressures as high as 15 000 psi,  and temperature from –46°C to +177°C (–20°F to +350°F).

S-Seals

Your wellhead is a critical part of oil and gas infrastructure. Its sealing materials need to withstand pressures as high as 15 000 psi and temperatures of 210°, depending on housing design and material choice.

From design through to production, JST S-seals are made to perform in the toughest situations, especially for high pressure and H2S chemicals.

It is designed to withstand higher pressures and temperatures while meeting more stringent regulatory requirements. The pressure between casing layers may exceed 10000 psi, which means that the seal must be manufactured and tested to very high standards. Tubing and casing diameters can also vary widely, and the wellhead seal must be able to compensate for these changes.
