Wellhead is a critical part of the oil and gas infrastructure. Seals material and design must withstand pressures as high as 15K psi and temperatures LU (-46℃~121℃), PU (-21℃~121℃), or SX (-18℃~178℃).

From material development, seals design, testing, through to production, JST make FS seal and S seal to perform in the toughest situations, delivering reliable high pressure sealing. They combine the benefits of integral support components with the flexibility of an elastomer seal, offering maximum extrusion resistance in demanding high pressure sealing environments, such as those found within oilfield casing and tubing applications.

The selected elastomers in our wellhead seals are high grade materials, which can fulfill the highest industry standards with third party certifications to H2S sour fluid immersion test.

The JST FKM, HNBR, PEEK, PTFE materials are qualified to API 6A 21^st Edition according to Annex F.1.13.5.2 immersion testing for material class FF/HH 10% H2S design validation procedures meeting ISO 23936-2:2011 sour aging acceptance criteria.
