SPGW (MTP) Piston Seal is exclusively designed for double acting hydraulic cylinders. Perfect for heavy duty applications, it ensures high serviceability. It is a high performance double acting compact piston that includes a PTFE-seal friction ring, a profile pre-loaded NBR elastomer and two POM back rings. It is suitable for a wide range of PTFE materials, the most common being bronze, MoS2, or carbon are the most commonly used for fluid power services, other high-performance materials are also available to suit your needs.

SPGW (MTP) suitable for long stroke, a wide range of fluids and high temperature occasions. The application of heavy duty double acting piston sealing under high pressure conditions is excellent. Applicable to larger piston clearance, it has good leakage control, extrusion resistance and wear resistance in heavy duty and construction machinery cylinder piston sealing system. Good static sealing property, simple groove structure, larger extrusion clearances can be allowed, be able to work in dusty condition.

When the pressure is raised, the performance of the seal remains good because the elastomer expert a stress on the combined ring, thus converting the axial force from the pressure system to radial compression.  It meets the requirements of a wide range of hydraulic cylinders.

Medium: Petroleum base hydraulic oil, Fire resistant hydraulic fluid, biology oil, flame retardant liquid, water and others.
