For wellhead casing head, tubing hanger, JST provides elastomer seals including FS seal, S seal, P seal, O ring, MEC metal end-cap seal and lock screw packing. These seals are essential elements in the integrity and functionality of wellhead equipment.

We developed HNBR, FKM, AFLAS and other material accordingly which have high pressure resistance, good sealing characteristics.

1. Materials tested per API 6A NORSOK M710.

2. Material suitable for LU or PU temperature rating.

3. Products have passed pressure test by 15000PSI, 20000PSI.

4. JST S seals has passed PR2 test.

We have our own material formulation labs and test labs and rubber workshop and plastic workshop. Moreover, we have tooling for most of standard sizes and stock for standard sizes.
