History has witnessed numerous tragedies and disasters similar to the Challenger Space Shuttle Explosion or Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill from inadequate sealing at critical moments. In the general trend of global industrial upgrading, JST undertakes the mission to fuel social development of mankind via sealing technology.  Every year, JST invests 6% of its annual turnover in research and experiments to bring forth innovation, upgrading sealing products to higher technical standards with stronger heat-resistance, stability, and durability in extreme conditions. With a dedicated team of talented technical professionals, and joint R&D centers with Guangdong University of Technology and others, JST develops high-end sealing technology for customers, upgrades customers’ industries and products and solves technical difficulties the whole industry is facing, propelling rapid industrial development. JST has a complete technical system, a material formulation laboratory, a comprehensive performance laboratory for high & low temperature and high pressure products, - 196 ℃ ultra-low temperature laboratory, equipped with a high and low temperature tensile testing machine, a material abrasion testing machine, a material immersion testing machine, a finite element analysis (FEA), and in combination with the company's PLM system, it can make deeper researches on rubber materials, PTFE composites and product performance. JST materials receive rigorous internal and thirty-party tests and have obtained NORSOK M-710 immersion test certificates by Element laboratory in UK, Alpine laboratory in US, and laboratory of China University of Petroleum, as well as RGD test certificate by BV and API 6A PR2 test certificate by DNV for sealing of various devices. JST has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, API Q1 system certification and HSE system certification. JST is committed to innovation, and has developed over 40 patented products and counting, JST products are winning growing trust from customers. JST keeps increasing production capacity to meet the rising demand from customers. We have rubber seal production workshop, PTFE seal production workshop and tooling processing workshop.
