JST 3" External S seal use material HNBR85+316SS, we verify the S seal at working condition -29°C  to +121°C, 10000PSi, product design refer to API 6A -annex F.

Below are the external S seal main test contents:

• 1-Visual and dimension inspection for the seals and test fixture before the testing

• 2-Witness the seals assembling progress

• 3-Witness the sealing test for the O-ring from C port and D port at ambient temperature at 100psi

• 4-Witness the sealing test for 3" S-seals from B port at ambient temperature at 10000Psi

• 5-Witness the pressure and temperature cycling sealing test for 3” S-seal

• 6-Post-test examination after disassembling
