Well Service Fracturing Pump Packing Seals are commonly used in high-pressure mud pumps and fracturing pumps, as a high-speed reciprocating dynamic seals. Its main function is to prevent plungers from leakage in high-speed reciprocating. Some special working conditions are taken into consideration when designing its structure and material, which make it apply to fracturing fluid, mud mediums and so on.

JST 4 Inch Fracturing Pump Packing Seals were supplied to Sinopec East China Oil & Gas Company. They were installed on the fracturing pump (2800 type, 120Mpa, 5-cylinder) under Shale Gas Well (196-1HF), located at Shuijiang Town, Nanchuan Distric, Chongqin City.

JST packing seals have been working excellently without leakage under the working conditions of average pressure of 85MP, sand content ratio of 14%, continuous fracturing of 32 layers (about 110 hours) with acid. No obvious damage to the seal after dismounting, which could be used furtherly.
