JST Seals produces various sizes of FS seal and P seal, from 4.5" to 36".

FS seal:

FS seal is suitable for 15000Psi, LU temperature rating, chemicals with H2S/CO2.

P seal:

Regarding P seal, JST has two different designs. One design is rubber reinforced with two 316ss wire mesh back up rings, another design is rubber with two springs.

Usually we use back up ring for small dimension. But for large dimension and lower pressure and small groove gap, we would recommend to use P seal without back up rings.

JST had supplied below design to our overseas customer and it works perfectly and saves big cost for our customer.

When using this design, it requires to add pressure and add grease through one-way valve , then the seal will work.

This design can be used for high pressure and it has no strict requirement to the groove gap.
