The jacket of the LNG Fueling Nozzle Seals is made of polymer materials, which can withstand a low temperature of - 200 degrees. It is designed with a stainless steel anti-corrosion spring with special low temperature treatment, which can withstand long-term work in a cryogenic temperature of - 196 degrees and a corrosive medium environment.

When the system pressure is zero, the spring provides the initial preload. When the system pressure increases, the U-shaped cavity is filled with pressure medium and the lip is close to the cylinder wall, which ensures that the seal always has good sealing performance during the whole pressure change process. The spring can choose 'U', 'V' and 'O' types according to different application environments. According to different equipment, imported LNG and domestic LNG filling equipment can be divided into 4.5 and 4.8 sealing rings with different heights, Therefore, it can be applied to various gas stations, gas stations, LNG filling vehicles and low-temperature equipment.

The lip of LNG seals is specially polished, and the inner spring is alloy spring. In low temperature environment, its performance is more stable than that of ordinary stainless steel springs, with good sealing performance, high wear resistance and long service life.

Operating conditions:

LNG filling gun is the output terminal of LNG filling station. When filling the LNG truck, the operator connects the filling gun with the filling gun base installed on the LNG truck, and then rotates the handle forward, that is, locks the filling gun on the filling gun base along the direction of the filling gun base: at the same time, LNG starts to be filled through the filling gun. After filling, the operator rotates the handle to the initial state, gently presses the handle backward to open the claw, pulls out the dispensing gun, and quickly disengages the dispensing gun from the dispensing gun base. The operation is completed.
