Introduction of packer elements
Packer element is a rubber sealing product used in oil and gas field stratified production, testing, water injection, acidification, fracturing and other operations.

Product types:
Single cartridge packer element: simple structure, consisting of a single rubber element and metal parts, suitable for some shallow Wells or simple working conditions with relatively low pressure and temperature requirements.
Dual barrel packer element: Two rubber elements installed in series or parallel to provide a better sealing performance and higher pressure capacity. It is often used in deep Wells, high pressure Wells or strict sealing requirements.
Combined packer elements: Multiple rubber elements or other sealing components with different functions are combined to achieve a variety of sealing and separation functions to meet the needs of complex oil and gas reservoirs.
Material type:
Nitril (NBR): good oil resistance, wear resistance and water resistance, suitable for general oil well environment, can maintain good sealing performance in a certain temperature and pressure range, the cost is relatively low.
Fluoroelastomer (FKM): high temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance is excellent, can be used in high temperature, acid or alkaline and other harsh environment. It is often used in deep Wells, ultra-deep Wells or oil Wells containing corrosive media.
Hydrogenated nitrile (HNBR): the comprehensive performance is good, not only has the oil resistance of NBR, but also has the high temperature resistance and chemical resistance of FKM, which is widely used in some high demand oil well operations.

Good sealing performance: The use of special rubber compound and manufacturing process to ensure that in high temperature, high pressure and complex fluid environment the element still has effectively sealing performance, preventing oil and gas leakage, reducing resource waste and environmental pollution.
