JST manufactures well service plunger pump packings in a wide variety of materials to suit specific well conditions and operating parameters, they are available in a wide range of elastomeric materials and high performance resins, including NBR, HNBR, FKM, filled PTFE, fabric reinforced rubber.  to suit specific well conditions, operating parameters, and fracturing fluids.

NBR Elastomers

NBR has excellent properties such as oil resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance, and is widely used in fields such as automobiles, machinery, and petrochemicals.

HNBR Elastomers

These high tensile strength, heat resistant (to 300° F) elastomers have excellent compatibility with PPM hydrogen sulfide, corrosion inhibitors, water and oil.

Fluoroelastomer (FKM)

We provide a variety of fluoroelastomer with different hardness, which have excellent compressive permanent deformation performance and are suitable for high temperature, high pressure systems, as well as oils and fuels.

Filled PTFE

PTFE materials feature maximum wear resistance and nearly universal chemical compatibility in well service pressure ring profiles.

Fabric reinforced rubber

Fabric reinforced rubber has excellent physical properties and is suitable for applications that require high tear strength or dimensional stability.
