We can provide double-sided embossed wear strips with a thickness equal to or greater than 2mm. The embossed structure facilitates the formation of lubricating micro-pits, improves micro-lubrication and protects the sealing system.

Bronze-filled PTFE wear Strips has been widely used in friction and sealing components, especially in corrosive media, due to their excellent properties such as low friction, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability of fluorocarbon resin (PTFE). However, it is often difficult to solve this problem using non-metallic materials such as general metals. The elasticity and toughness of fluorocarbon resins make them a good sealing material.
