JST's Spring energized seals are designed for static rotary and reciprocating applications in temperatures from cryogenic -196℃ to 300℃; and pressures from vacuum to 70Mpa, movement speed reaches 20M/S to survive the most corrosive environment.

Jacket material:

Virgin PTFE                temperature :  -200~+230℃

PTFE+ carbon fiber        temperature :  -260~+310℃

PTFE + bronze             temperature :  -200~+230℃

PTFE + Glass fiber         temperature :  -200~+290℃

PEEK                       temperature :  -260~+310℃

Spring material: 316 stainless steel spring or Elglioy spring.

It can be applied in harsh situations such as high pressure, chemical resistance, temperature resistance, high relative speed on the surface and long useful life.

Spring energized seal function:

1. Insufficient lubrication during startup will not affect the sealing performance, effectively reducing wear and friction resistance.

2. The spring energized seal shows different sealing forces, which can meet various application requirements. Adopting moldless CNC processing, the size is greatly improved, especially suitable for large and various seals.

3.The fire resistance and heat resistance of the spring energized seal are obviously better than ordinary rubber seals, the size is stable, the volume expansion or contraction, and the sealing performance will not decrease.
