Guide ring, also known as support ring, is a part used on the piston or piston rod of hydraulic cylinder or cylinder to support the movement of piston or piston rod. It can prevent direct contact and friction between piston or piston rod and cylinder block during movement, and protect cylinder block and piston or piston rod from damage.
Phenolic guide ring is a new type of green environmental protection material. It is made of thermosetting linear phenolic resin as the base material, high-quality cotton fiber or other fibers and their fabrics as the reinforcing material, and an appropriate amount of wear-resistant and antifriction additives.

The function of a hydraulic wear ring is to guide the piston and piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder, absorbing transverse forces. At the same time, it prevents metal-to-metal contact, optimizing the performance of the sealing system.
A glass filled nylon wear ring, also called wear band, offers high bearing load capacity over a broad range of temperatures.

V Packing consist of multiple male and female adaptor, usually a group of three to seven v rings, used for low or high pressure applications with Single or Double acting cylinder.
The V Stack seal assembly is comprising a top adapter or anti-extrusion ring (1), Vee Rings (2) and a bottom adapter (3). In the assembly the energizing axial force is transferred between the individual packing rings so that each ring is pressed into positive contact with the mating hardware surface.
